I bought these to finish off a pair of speaker cables and the glossy vinyl gives the ends a really clean, finished look. They slip over the cable easily before you terminate it, and the material feels thick enough to actually protect the joint. Exactly the tidy result I was after.

These vinyl boots are surprisingly supple and slide over the cable effortlessly before I terminate the connectors. They give my speaker wires a clean, finished look that's hard to beat for a few bucks.

Wasn't sure these would fit my thicker 12-gauge cable but the vinyl has enough give to stretch on nicely. The glossy finish makes my terminations look way cleaner than the bare heat shrink I was using before.
