Transparent ACTUS

Designed in close collaboration with dCS, our ACTUS Cable is the product of hundreds of hours spent listening, experimenting, and testing using the Varèse digital playback system as a platform. This design loop begins and ends in our sound room, and we are excited to now share the results.

Transparent’s ACTUS Cables reduce noise and preserve signal integrity, allowing the separate Varèse components to act as one. Our new design uses heavier gauge conductors, precision-extruded, low-loss dielectric material, and more tightly controlled twist rates. Precision manufacturing techniques ensure stable and exact impedance characteristics. To your ears, this means enhanced resolution, space, clarity, and dynamics—digital signals transformed into concert-quality sound.

Along with superior performance, our ACTUS Cable also features increased flexibility and sleek, silver netting that pairs elegantly with the aesthetics of the dCS components.

Inside and out, Transparent ACTUS Cables will enhance your Varèse system, bringing you even closer to the music you love.
